My name’s Mike.
I’m a leader in tech, a mentor and a coach. My purpose is to help people to make a contribution to the world as their best possible selves.
I believe in legacy – not something you inherit, but something you shape. It starts with knowing your purpose, living your values, and making choices that feel like your own. I offer coaching sessions through Simian Coaching to grow myself through growing others, while on my journey to be an internationally accredited coach.

How I can help

Write me an instruction manual to do it badly
This is one of my favourite coaching tools that I’ve rarely seen used. I often help people (direct reports, mentees, clients, leaders) with breaking habits they’re stuck with – usually revolving around organisation or bad planning but this method works with other unhelpful patterns too. If they’re at the beginning of the process and need…
